We’re a product studio for applied AI programs. We work on problems where technical depth matters, the workflows are real and the outcome can be measured. This is not a research showcase and it is not a feature factory. Programs are built with explicit stages, clear criteria and real scale-or-retire decisions. If you want to work on systems that ship - and you care about what happens after the prototype - this is the kind of environment we are building.

We’re built around small, senior, cross-functional teams that are US-based and fully remote. We assemble program-specific squads across AI/ML, data infrastructure, systems, compiler engineering, and product development to move quickly from thesis to execution.

We look for builders with deep technical ability, strong systems judgment and a bias towards proving ideas in working systems.

If you prefer highly segmented ownership, long planning cycles before building or work that ends at the prototype, we may not be the right fit.
