These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IR Labs website located at www.irlabs.ai (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting the Site, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” refers to that entity.
2. Use of the Site
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site in accordance with these Terms. As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree not to:
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations;
• Transmit or upload any viruses, malware, or other harmful or disruptive code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its related systems, or networks;
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract content from the Site;
• Use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site;
• Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content for any commercial purpose; or
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site, or that may harm us or other users.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time and for any reason, without notice.
3. Privacy and Your Account
Your use of the Site is also subject to the IR Labs Privacy Policy, found here: www.irlabs.ai/privacy. If you create an account on this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that IR Labs is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. IR Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
4. AI Chatbot Interactions
The Site may include an automated chatbot or other artificial intelligence–powered functionality designed to provide general information or assist with navigation of the Site (“AI Chatbot”). The AI Chatbot generates responses automatically based on the information you provide and other available data.
You acknowledge that responses generated by the AI Chatbot may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated and are provided for general informational purposes only. You should not rely on the AI Chatbot as a substitute for professional advice or as the sole basis for making decisions.
You agree not to submit confidential, sensitive, or personal information through the AI Chatbot. By interacting with the AI Chatbot, you acknowledge that information you provide may be processed to generate responses and to maintain and improve the functionality of the Site.
IR Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the AI Chatbot at any time without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to IR Labs and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express written consent. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by IR Labs freely and without restriction or compensation to you.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites, and your use of them is at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and all content on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IR Labs, its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall IR Labs’ total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).Your sole and exclusive remedy under these Terms is to discontinue using the Site.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IR Labs and its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. An update shall be reflected by a revision to the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The most current version will supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado for the resolution of any disputes.
